While Charles Stanley may actually believe his own preaching, he is no different than the others in pushing a narrative that requires you to suspend belief, suspend the laws of physics, and suspend reality.

The church used to push a more elaborate narrative, but over the past hundred years or so, science has debunked most of what they used to use to terrorize and control the masses.

Now all they have are mythical threats about what happens when you die if you don’t subscribe to their version of the 1000+ subsets of Christianity, or Islam, or Judiasm, or Hinduism.

I wish people would just step back with an open mind and look at the absurdity of religion and how it has caused the death of hundreds of millions of people and stolen the innocence of millions of children, all in the name of control and money.

I don’t blame you or any other believer for sticking with what you were indoctrinated with as a child, I was right there with you until about a year ago. I just finally opened my eyes.
