Dear Massive/Ubi, I get it. Launching a game is hard. Some people are locked out of their accounts. I merely, suffer from losing items in my inventory and weapons unequipping at least once every time I log in to play...and the troubles joining and starting 3/4 of every matchmade mission. And even after a fun, but buggy game session, I log out 100% of the time to a mike or delta error code. (which seems to me to be a terrible way to say goodbye to your gamer friend: "Goodnight game" hits log out "WE APOLOGIZE YOUR ACCOUNT IS UNAVAILABLE ERROR MIKE 0001875") Please acknowledge that we are experiencing bugs, in a shipped game, which are not being acknowledge are are FUNDAMENTALLY affecting our ability TO PLAY THE GAME. You addressed issues regarding GAMEPLAY and HOW we play the game with rapid fixes to aspects of farming and DZ rogue nonsense, however, nothing...to my knowledge...has been said by you to whatever percentage of us are experiencing consistent, persistent, aggravating issues about your knowledge or ability to address issues that affect the quality of our ability to merely play the game. I want to enjoy the game, I do. But I want to pound sand up something's ***hole every time I log in or matchmake and 1/5th of my weapons have unequipped all their mods and another 1/5th have disappeared. And my least favorite guns are randomly equipped and are apparently doing 200,000k dps. ... Forgive me. I mean to say, I get frustrated and sometimes don't even play when a significant portion of my time is spent slapping mods onto unused items in my inventory so that my backpack capacity is lower so maybe if I re-log in or matchmake again (loading screen...loading screen...) my guns will appear again or I'll wake up and find myself happy and beautiful. I dunno'. In the past I wasn't honest or transparent with an ex and I get the feeling that if I had been things would've been better for both of us. And I'd spare you that regret. Talk to us.
