Been following build as a semi-noob, just killed Uber Elder for my first time with this build, so I wanted to leave a comment. I managed to take him down with 5-links, no double curse (don't know if that applies to UE though), and no helmet enchant. That said I've gotten really lucky, with a great watcher's eye and a fantastic Circle of Regret, so I'm not sure how my damage compares to a build with more standard gear, including 6 link and all that. The build has treated me well, getting me to level 90, a T14 blighted map and UE of course. That said it's very squishy, I'm currently at about 4.7k HP and get one-shot quite often, though I don't know that there's much that can be done about that without sacrificing a lot of damage. I'm not sure how I feel about barrage, because locking you in place with that low of HP is dangerous, and I feel like if you're not sitting in one spot spamming it, it doesn't do that much more damage than iceshot does, which you can move and use. Also as for blighted maps, I think it can probably do T10's and below reliably, but they're so expensive I haven't had much extensive testing. The big thing I find that screws me over is the tanky bosses. Even with barrage/voidfletcher/towers, I've had a hard time killing them before they get so close I have to stand in their way, at which point I'm at the mercy of evasion RNG.
