Pathway to TV/Film actor

There is no one path, that's why you can't find it.

There are steps you take to start with, training, get good headshots, start building credits by doing low level projects (often for free), make a demo reel. At some point you get an agent and can hopefully start auditioning and booking bigger projects. There is no set time to get an agent, some people get one right away, but I also know lots of talented actors that still struggle to get an agent (A good one anyway). This is where the path ends for many.

After you have an agent, hopefully you build up a few better credits. After then hopefully you start moving up to bigger and better roles as time goes, but this doesn't always happen. Talent is a factor, but so are connections, type, and luck. Build connection whenever you can.

Or you can skip a lot of this if you know the right people to begin with.
