Patient leaves voice recorder on during colonoscopy, it catches Anesthesiologist making fun of him, what are your thoughts?

The last time I had an exam, it was with the same OB who delivered my child. I hate her for many reasons, but one of them is because after childbirth, while I was still in the hospital, I noticed that there was some internal tissue hanging out of my vagina. When I asked her about it, she said that it was just cosmetic and it would probably shrink up when it healed, but if it didn't and I was still worried about it, she would fix it. At the time, I trusted that it would heal, but I was sort of struck by her tone. It didn't heal. I went back and she put some silver stuff on it ¯_(ツ)_/¯, and it did get smaller, but it's still there. It never went away and she didn't seem to understand why I would care about tissue hanging out of my vagina since it was "just cosmetic." So anyway, for some reason I continued to see this doctor, and during my next exam an assistant showed up in the middle of it and just sort of stood there and stared at my vag while I was spread eagle. I know she noticed the little red tissue that is now a distinguishing characteristic of my vagina. There was no reason for her to be there as far as I could tell. She handed the doctor a single tool and just sort of stood around with this judgmental smirk on her face. I wanted to tell her that the scar tissue was a result of her employers' indifferent attitude towards my body. I guess I didn't really think that at the time - it was later. At the time I was too humiliated and intimidated to tell those people what I thought. You can't tell someone who's seen your genitals that they're a piece of shit unless you've seen theirs' too. There's too much of a power difference there.
