Patriarchal medical training, forces me to coddle men over erectile dysfunction.

I don't think that the course you're taking is an accurate representation of the medical field...might be something off with the course/instructor itself.

Every area of the female physiology/ psychology has been discussed at length in every area of society it comes up in.

There are a lot more supports in place for female issues whether psychological, physical or maternal (at least in the developed world)

I think the big issue nowadays is that there is a very very large dissociation of understanding betweem the two sexes,

Basically we just can't seem to fully understand eachother's perspectives, we have to fill gaps within eachother's sentences by our own biased ways of thinking while completely overlooking the reason for why the other sex is saying what they're saying.

I can tell you from a male perspective, no one really seems to care about anything I'm going through (this includes males & females) and any sign of vulnerability is seen as weakness for the most part.

So its disheartening to see someone being offended by having to understand an issue most men deal with at some point in their lives and are scolded for which they have to hide from everyone.

Should they have not discussed the topic at all? What level of discussion would have been acceptable? How would you even measure this in an impartial way?
