I mean, consent in many kinky scenarios is already a bit of a stretch.. I don't have personal experience, but isn't it common in BDSM for the partner to "role play" resistance but have a code word (or tap) meaning they actually want to stop? I don't see this as any different as its the consenting person's desire for this circumstance to happen. Yeah this shouldn't transfer over to vanilla sex but the kink needs to be taken into account if they want it to happen that way. As the law is currently, I believe you are free to claim rape afterwards even if previously "consenting" which covers any dangers involved of people trying to find legal loopholes. Its the victims freedom to decide whether they consented.
