Let's look at your testing criteria. To be tested, you need to have had contact with someone who has traveled to an affected area AND be showing symptoms. If you have come into to contact with a confirmed case, even in as intimate a relationship as wife and husband, you are not to be tested until you are showing symptoms. This shows either the gov's health unit's complete lack of understanding of this virus, or the complete lack of adequate testing capacity.
