PayCom vs ADP

My current company used to have ADP and switched over to pay com about five years ago. I have been told by my manager that Paycom is light years better than ADP. Below are the pros and cons of Paycom that I have found.

PROS 1. We have NEVER had an issue with payroll. It has been beautifully executed since our first payroll run after we went live 2. Our employees reAlly seem to have good feedback on it. 3. We always seem to have a good local rep that is always attentive to our needs. 4. They are constantly trying to streamline things so they are very open to feedback. There have been a few times that we have suggested something and it actually ended up happening.

CONS 1. Our Paycom specialist sucks and is never in the office. She also neVer seems to know the answer for our questions and says she will follow up but never does. 2. They are constantly changing the interface and it’s just gotten to be annoying. You’ll go in one day and finally get the hang of the location of something and then they change it on you. 3. Webinars aren’t always informative. 4. When creating a new company inside your current company, they make something so simple, sooooo complicated.

There are probably more for each category, but that’s all i can think of right now. If you can, try to find something else, but if not, just go with Paycom.
