Guess I’ll just have to add this to the list of the debt he’s put me in. I’m currently in the process of filing an RO against him, but I suppose this will be a lot more difficult considering what else he’s done that I’m JUST now finding out, one of them being the fact that he’s falsely claiming unauthorized transactions through his bank each time he paid his portion under our (old) phone bill. The rep told me that every single payment was marked as unauthorized, thus being a chargeback, now the account holds a $6,000 balance.

Truthfully, I’m quite doubtful because of how much debt he’s caused. Is there a max you can sue someone for, depending on the situation? What if he can’t even afford to pay for everything at once?
