PBO elevates your all-core boost but single core doesn't change.
PBO raises the wattage and current limits, but it won't (in theory) exceed the safe limits.
Auto-OC is supposed to raise the boost ceiling by up to 200MHz
But in actuality it does very little. It's theorized that these chips are already pushed to the limit already and so the safety protections won't push another 200MHz
It seems only autoOC works on ryzen 3600 maybe because it has the lowest boost clocks.
What voltage sensor are you reading?
SVI2 TFN sensor is the only reliable sensor.
Buildzoid recent made a video about safe voltages and saw his 3700X drops to around 1.330V under cinebench R20 load: https://youtu.be/jmPVr8M-9yI?t=1277
That's reading from HWINFO's SVI2 TFN CPU Core Voltage sensor.
