Here's the questionnaire I sent to others: Server will be in full releases only (only stable versions, no snapshots). I am interested in mature players so we can do the communal approach to the land and resources unless marked private.

Questions:

IGN? Skype name? Age? Why would you like to join? What do you feel you have to offer to this server/community? Style of play/What interests you in MC? How often do you play? About you? Are you able and/or willing to donate to help fund the cost of the server? (If the server stays small it will not cost very much to run - maybe $100-$200 a year)

What will get you banned from the server (temporarily or permanently):

• You don't keep chat or language G rated
• You spam other members with obnoxious requests or comments
• You swear, say derogatory or offensive comments to other members
• You lie, cheat, or steal from other members
• You create drama
• You do something that detracts from the enjoyment of other members 
• Greifing of any kind (to other members or to the land/terrain)

The rules will be strictly enforced. I want to have a clean fun server and I have no patience for immaturity. Unharmful pranks are great fun but you must be respectful of others' property. The community will need to help enforce these rules. I don't have time to be a babysitter.  

About me: I am a 36 yr old American living on the east coast. I am a husband and father of 3. I am a self employed artist full time but love playing games for fun/entertainment. I play at random times but mainly later at night (EST). As I mentioned, I love the Hermitcraft server and want a community like that. I would like to make videos but don't really have time for that. I am creating the server to be in control of the content because I will only play with people who have common sense and respect for others. 

If you can't follow the rules don't bother filling out the questionnaire.
