Noctua NH-D15 ( top 1 air cooler now ) or Corsair H100x ( AIO coller x2 fan 12 cm ) , Corsair iCUE H115i ( AIO cooler x2 fan 14 cm )

Efficient air cooling equivalent to AIO

only thing is cleaning the air cooler will take more time, the air cooler has a lifespan of 20 years, maybe longer, the AIO heatsink has a lifespan of 1 year or 5 years, who knows?

it is not recommended to use water cooling because the risk of leakage is very high, AIO heatsink also has a risk of leakage, perhaps air cooler is still the best, the downside, it's too big so your PC doesn't have any space ,

But it's very safe
