The 1600x if you're unwilling to try and Overclock. A 1600 if you're willing to try. 32gb of RAM is overkill as well. Go with 16gb for now and add a few more sticks if you absolutely need it. I can't imagine a use case where you need over 16gb for a DAW.

Cut costs by getting going microATX on the motherboard and swinging the 2tb hdd to a 1tb. Benchmarks for the 1060 6gb vs the 3gb can be found here.

The SSD will be your go-to boot device with windows 10 and a select few games. Run the 1tb for mass storage of raw files, etc.

The Mirage is a way hotter pink case than the Pioneer. I don't know what your friend was thinking. ;)
