I think whoever wrote this either didn't look deep enough into fortuna and only played the bounties and/or wanted a "catchy" title for the views.

Nah, they are pretty much right, im sitting here with nothing to do just waiting on my syndicate to reset.

They left out the fact you can also do other things while waiting for standing in fortuna and the syndicate rep isn't the end all be all.

Yup, i can farm for minerals that i need the next 2 levels of syndicate to buy the blueprint i need to refine it, or the fish i will strip for materials to use on the kit gun parts i will be able to buy once i reach the 4th and 5th level of my syndicate... in a few days.

One can also farm for the other factions introduced with this update (the kids and vox) if you want their stuff, even if it isn't required

Which is just another syndicate to farm until you are hit with the "come next day" sign.

On top of that one can still farm the bounties or "conserve" animals to get non-standing rewards; garuda/mods and floofs, respectively.

Floofs are just cosmetics, cosmetics dont progress gameplay, and btw, garuda requires mineral refinement that requires you to reach max syndicate level, so you want garuda? Either come next week, or buy it.
