PCMR always win.

Nintendo exclusives can actually do 1080p 60Hz, unlike the other consoles.

Completely down to how demanding a game is, you should know that.

Mario Kart 8, 720p, 59 fps, 30 fps in 4 player mode
Super Mario 3D World, 720p, 60 fps
New Super Mario Bros. U, 720p, 60 fps
Pikmin 3, 720p, 60 fps
Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, 720p, 60 fps
Nintendo Land, 720p 60fps

So Nintendo exclusives do 1080 60 huh? Forza 5 is 1080/60, same with MLB 14 therefore all X1/PS4 games are 1080/60. You see how disingenuous that is?

Because Nintendo makes their games so that they CAN run on the Wii U, better than XBone/PS4 exclusives run on their boxes

As we've seen that's not the case. Checked out Bayo on it? It's not good, watch the DF video.

Also, their exclusives are actually FUN, and do NEW THINGS, instead of just "Hey let's release Halo again, hopefully that brings us money."

Opinion, some like X1/PS4 exclusives. New like?

Beyond that, they haven't done anything as far as I know

Their takedowns of YT videos then revenue claiming? Region locking? Lack of CD/DVD capabilities? Releasing 2006 hardware in 2012? Games are tied to account which is tied to hardware. Console breaks/get another good luck with that. Like this.

To sum it up simply, Sony and Microsoft have made consoles that are essentially trying to be mini-PC's

Not inherently bad. Should they only stick to memory cards because internal storage is too "PC like"? No media playback? Just put it in and game. No internet multiplayer either because consoles are only for local multiplayer. Progress is a good thing.

are marketed towards hardcore gamers who think they're the best, but between their lacking hardware and exclusives are failing miserably.

Hardly. The Wii U's selling less than the GC which is Nintendo's worst selling console, the PS4's either the best or second highest selling (consoles/time) console of all time. The X1 has also sold around 10m units in <15 months, about half the GC which took ~6 years to sell 21m.

and market it toward more-casual families who want something fun to play with there kids

"Their attitude is, 'okay, I am the customer. You are supposed to entertain me.' It's kind of a passive attitude they're taking, and to me it's kind of a pathetic thing. "

?

and doesn't result in 12-year-olds cursing out everyone around them

Yeah because a smash or mario party game has never done that.

and screaming that their console is perfect and better than anything.

Have you seen Nintendo fanboys? That definitely happened, pretty sure the GC and N64 had that among others.

tl;dr XBone and PS4 are marketed towards peasants. The Wii U isn't.

You're right, the Wii U isn't marketed at all.
