PCMR Has made me sad for the first time

I enjoy Fallout 4. I really, really do.

But I'm fucking pissed at Bethesda.

Graphics are colorful, that's a step in the right direction, but why do the textures look like they're 5 years old? Oh wait... they are. Due to people saying that "oh, it's Bethesda, they don't need the best graphics" they've officially just left them off of their agenda. The Pipe weapons are the ugliest things I've ever seen.

Second is the voice acting. (MAJOR SPOILERS UPCOMING, SKIP TO TL;DR 1). When I confronted Kellogg, it was extremely offputting when the Sole Survivor was supposed to be angry, but seemed emotionless. The fucking main character's lines seem phoned in, as opposed to Bioshock Infinite, where the first person protagonist's lines were done incredibly well.

TL;DR 1: Voice acting seems phoned in.

Thirdly, the animations and syncing. In dialogue, why does it look like I'm watching an anime dub? The syncing is either really good, or WAY off.

Not to say that there aren't things to praise. The amount of useful and interesting NPCs is a lot higher than Fallout 3 or New Vegas. Each faction, [SPOILERS] the Institute, the Brotherhood of Steel, the Minutemen, the Railroad, and anything else I haven't come across (fingers crossed for Enclave) are interesting and enagaging, with story and gray area around most of them (the Minutemen are stereotypical good guys).

The gunplay is insanely good, the firearms are interesting, and the customization is great. I just wish I could paint weapons or find camos/skins in game for them, similar to Power Armor.

Finally, the thing I hate is people that say "It's okay, modders will fix it." Modders should be a last resort, not an expectation. Bethesda should put good graphics and animations and such in from the start.
