At the height of the crypto market, I was up around 200 times my original bet. I was completely numb to volatility as you could imagine. I didn't sell because it wasn't enough to flat out buy an apartment in Paris and I just needed that x200 to become x500 or so. I was that dumb. Also the tax situation was giving me crippling anxiety, I didn't want to handle hiring a fiscalist which was necessary in my situation, so I just waited it out until they finally made it simple and clear as to how they are taxing crypto gains in France. Took me a long time to lock in 20x profits after it retraced 90% (I didn't sell everything). I'm still completely numb to volatility and I only check cryptos like once a month or so.

I guess I belong here in some way.
