Pelosi reportedly asking Democrats if it's time to impeach Trump

This is why there was initial challenge to Pelosi becoming Speaker. I realize her hand is more or less forced at this point, but even the relative inactivity on her part has hurt the case for impeachment. While any sane person can choose from one of many high crimes worthy of impeachment proceedings, Republicans will cast Democrats as indecisive.

I realize immediately after Pelosi became Speaker there was a lot of love for how she played Trump on a few issues, but this sort of "business as usual" from her is why she is not the future of the party. Look, I am glad something is finally happening, but it's been way too long coming. It has emboldened executive branch. I just don't see people like Pelosi or Biden as the future of this party and this is one piece of evidence why.
