Pennsylvania police say it's policy to pepper-spray and cuff students sitting at their desk for not complying with teacher

I could smoke in most pubs, restaurants, beaches, parks, forests, city streets, all public open spaces really.

That hurts the public, so yeah it's a good rule to have.

Most drugs, marijuana, lsd, shrooms, cocaine, heroin are decriminalized in small amounts. Nobody gives a shit if you roll a joint in a pub and then step outside and smoke it on their doorstep. I once watched a group of teenagers in the afternoon in the city center ask two foot patrolmen for a light, lit their joint, said thanks and went on their way.

We could definetely use some decriminalization I'll give you that.

I can brew my own beer, make my own wine, distill my own spirits without and kind of certificate or license. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but in many places, people sell their alcoholic goods out their front window to passers by on the street.

Yeah they regulate that for health reasons. Especially considering how easy it is to make tainted brew.

If I really need to, I can piss out in an alleyway or on a tree in a park without even being approached or, worse, registered as a sex offender. I mean, give me a fuckin break, really?

Public urination is disgusting, we have bathrooms for that, unless you're like camping. Sexual offender is going overboard though, that's only true for about 21 states I believe though.

I can have chickens, sheep, goats, ducks on my property and freely consume the eggs, milk, meat, etc. Many people in villages also go around selling excess goods to their neighbors without issue.

We have farms in America too.

I can have a vegetable garden! And I can eat and sell the vegetables! Holy shit!

So does my mom?

NO insurance

Yeah that's not a good thing, so if your business ends up folding/hurting a lot of people, who's going to pay?
