Yep, I second this. According to every thing I have seen from them (including their FAQ and the email they sent to PUA dashboard - last row under PUA column) they ONLY care about your 2019 income for eligibility. If you have provided 1099 for 2019 already, then just wait. I am in your shoes...different issue (USCIS issue - actual green card card in my case, not misidentified). They got back last Monday and told me my scanned green card was no good, they need high quality pics (and they couldn't have told this sooner with explicit instructions when I uploaded back on 22nd Jan of this year?) - so I uploaded pics and they got back 3 days later that though the pics looked good, it needed to be reviewed by an examiner...and they couldn't tell me when that's gonna happen. So my advice - just sit tight until they get to whatever you already uploaded. As long as you have provided them with 1099 from 2019, I think you are good.
