As a prospect he was advertised as a wing with good size, athleticism, and shot creation that was held back by character concerns. In terms of pure talent and skillset alone I think you could argue that he could've been a mid first rounder. He backed it up with a solid rookie year.
Turns out people were right about his intangibles. But he's also very young and has the talent of a very solid player. If he can iron out his issues with the help of a team or on his own, he has the potential to be an "I told you so", which NBA twitter absolutely loves to do
