FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF ANYTHING EXUAL IN NATURE
You forget about the MEN that are falsely accused of sexually assaulting someone. You should look into just how many men are accused of assault because any reason you can think. My husband was FALSELY accused of sexually assaulting someone he didn’t know. He was offered a lower punishment (article 15) he declined and he automatically had to go to trial. He was shunned thrown in a corner office and everyone thought he was a rapist. Keep in mind during this time he still had no idea who did this.
After 5 months he found out the name of his accuser.. someone he didn’t know... DIDNT KNOW!! long story short it went to trial and the female SSGT accused my husband of touching her butt while taking X-rays... in front of patients.. And all patients testified this was a lie.
Why did she lie you ask? BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVING PROBLEMS IN HER WORK AREA AND IF YOU ACCUSE SOMEONE OF SEXUAL ASSAULT YOU GET EXPEDITED PCS TO A BASE OF YOUR CHOICE.
you have no idea how broken my husband is . He was acquitted but how do you think he looks to others that this was done ? WE HAD TO HIRE A LAWYER BECAUSE military justice is a fucking joke. Believe all women ? Slap in the face because I also served and I was actually raped by my superiors...
