I just bought my first product from ansgear. Bought first strike guerilla 68/4500 tank on sale. Was hoping standard shipping could get it to me by the following Sunday, ordered it on a Sunday, the tank was supposed to come with their hero regulator. Called them Monday asked how does it look for it so come in by upsizing Saturday, I'm in Va they said it was tight couldn't be guaranteed, blah blah blah, we split basic upgraded shipping to get it to me by that Saturday. Tank comes in Saturday, without the regulator it was advertised to have and is already a year into its hydro life. I call complain about it not having hero regulator, they agree, but I don't bring up the born date, and they give me option of returning the tank and regulator or they would just send out a regulator, so I had them ship a regulator to me. I got a tank with regular regulator and a spare hero regulator to stick on another tank. Think you have to watch them, but they'll stand behind their customers, my only experience
