People that haved lucid dreams how did you do it and was it worth it?

The best method I found to start was to write down my dreams in the morning as soon as I woke up. This helps with your dream recall so you can actually remember what happened in your dream. It can also help you find symbols and repetition in your dreams so if you encounter the same thing again, you’re more likely to question if you’re dreaming. The second method that really helps is reality checks every 30-45 minutes throughout the day. Plugging your nose and trying to breathe or counting your fingers are easy signs to check if you’re dreaming or awake. If you’re dreaming, you’ll notice your fingers will disappear or you can breathe perfectly with your nose plugged. The most important thing to remember is it takes weeks and months of routine to have lucid dreams consistently
