Yep, this bugs me, too. I'm coming close to phasing out an old friendship due to this. She has mostly been a very kind friend, because she not only projects this attitude upon her kids, but started doing it to mine as well. It's been very hurtful to be around. I've voiced it before and hope to have one more talk with her before throwing in the towel. I love being around people who are busy and loud, but don't have time for people who judge like that—especially when they start shitting in my kitchen. The saddest part is this friend is a very quiet person herself and she has social anxiety. She always apologizes for things she doesn't need to. Unfortunately, she surrounds herself with bullies in her family and daughter's friends so I suppose she's picked up a lot of crap from them.
