Why do people leave mythic+ dungeons at the first sign of adversity?

You want to hear a good one?

I'm one of those scrubs who recently leveled a Void Elf Priest. Like the good void elf I am, I said I'd run some mythic+ as a disc priest with my friend (Balance Druid). Put on 932 gear, spec disci, and we head into a group.

Whenever I used some damage to heal with a full attonement situation, the tank would write "stop dps". I explained attonement to him. After the third time, he initiated a vote kick with the reason "not healing." The two other DPS in our group just wrote "rofl" about it. Tank wrote "scrubs. Have fun wiping" and left the mythic+.

I can understand when someone doesn't know the mechanics of a class you're not playing actively, but after getting told about the mechanics three times and clearing the first boss without any issues whatsoever? Come on. That's deliberately being a prick.
