People really hate keeping milk

The milk stronger bone thing is a myth.
Although it’s an easy way to get calcium and, (in the US anyway) Vit D, but there’s plenty of green veg like broccoli and spinach, etc… that are good sources of it.

Fun fact: muscle contraction is regulated by calcium, and muscle relaxation is regulated by magnesium.
Make a fist? Calcium. Open your hand? Magnesium.
Same with heartbeats.
Also why if you consume an excessive amount of magnesium you will shit yourself, and hypercalcemia can lead to constipation.
I’m oversimplifying this a bunch, but it’s an odd thought I have on occasion.

Electrolyte balance, it’s what multicellular organisms crave. lol
