People of Reddit, what's your personal outlook on the black lives matter movement?

Saying All Lives Matter is the equivalent of saying 'All Buildings Matter' to people mourning 9/11. Downvote me all you want.

I'm south Asian, despite knowing that my people need justice too I know that Black Lives Matter does not mean only Black Lives Matter or that they're saying no other lives matter. I know that anti-blackness is an issue right now with black people being pulled over/arrested/killed for the same things I'd be given a pass for. So I don't see the harm in bringing attention to the fact black lives matter because our law and government have made it clear that they don't. I support Black Lives Matter because I know that attention needs to be drawn to it, and I know that the saying does not take away from my own people's worth.
