I can’t personally enjoy it anymore even though I used it responsibly only after work. I never developed dependency. I I’ve tried a lot of things and was very pro drug but I have a toddler now and have had to shift my priorities. Whereas my partner is stuck in the grip of it with her severe dependency enabled by medical card, and she is stagnant without growth or proper adoption to how our life has changed. I carry the load with work and parenting because she can’t or won’t.

So I am no longer so certain about it being left to personal choice. I don’t know that we should let people just lose a decade of their life to finally wise up on their own.

I think the people who don’t see how it negatively affects them don’t really have much going on in their life or much responsibility.
