People sentenced to house arrest last year really lucked out timing wise

you are correct to be apprehensive. The old-fashioned orthodontists believe in closing the bite and extracting teeth to do so. That just led to a lot of problems (constricted airways) and shit like that, plus it's awful to take out perfectly good teeth. That's what they did to me when I was young, and it messed me up real bad. My maxilla couldn't grow forward correctly, so instead it grew up and my face is now tall and flat. The newest thing to do is to not close in the bite. What you need to do is to find the orthodontist that works with sleep apnea patients. And since you have already shown that your case is a bit complex, you absolutely cannot under any circumstances go to a family dentist who took a weekend course on orthodontics and is now calling himself a specialist. You need someone who did a dental residency in orthodontics.
