People talking about the “Quarantine Weight Gain” are just making excuses. The quarantine has nothing to do with it

Stress takes many forms: stress of balancing work with kids at home, stress of going out and shopping in public, stress of not having a job, stress of not having health care, stress of a family member or members who have contracted COVID and/or died from it, stress of losing one's home, etc.

Eating out is not as healthy as cooking for yourself. There's no argument about this.

Without going to work, people are at very least walking less. Without clear delineation of when work ends (when working at home), people end up working longer hours with fewer for leisure or exercise.

You clearly don't understand the different manifestations of depression or how it affects people. You can yell at them all you want. Won't help.
