People who have been tipped $0, was there a reason why? And do you remember those people?

I've tipped a penny and walked out before. Only time I ever did was in a buffalo wild wings. Empty and it took 10 minutes to be greeted after being sat down...My drinks and food came out but my ex's didn't (really pissed me off after a few minutes) and addressing it took me looking around the restaurant until finding a dude who ended up being a manager. My ex wanted to try it outnon a random town while we were driving. I can see why it was empty now. Service was terrible. I generally have patience and sympathy for restaurant nworkers especially waiters and waitresses but we were literally the only people there and got ignored most of the time. I also forgot to mention I had order appetizers which never showed up. I saw my waitresses once...
