People who have a comfortable work-from-home environment, are you secretly enjoying the ‘new normal’?

I just sit in a cube all day at work so you would have thought doing the same thing at home without the drive would be better. It's not. The job is more annoying now with lots of 30-60 minute meetings that would have been five minute conversations at work. I'm spending more time getting less done. A lot of my job is collaborative and you pick in when you realize where you can help, but without everyone together talking, you end up not really knowing what's going on.

The one thing I do really love is using my own bathroom. The bathrooms at my job are terrible, so it's nice to poop somewhere that is clean, has ventilation and climate control, no 1 inch gaps where people make eye contact, a sink that actually dispenses water, and a toilet that doesn't periodically flush a geyser into your ass while you're still on it.
