People who fall asleep within 5 minutes of lying down, how?

  3. deep breathing for two minutes

  4. mentally put yourself into a place that you can imagine that will be quiet, relaxing, and comfortable - mine is a black covered tent hammock mounted on a raft floating down a quiet river

  5. if my wife wants to talk to me after i've "gotten into" my tent hammock, she has to speak to "Big John" at the door first. If she is compelling enough, she will be announced and allowed to enter my tent hammock. She already knows it isn't that large and we'll probably need to snuggle up close. <wink>
