People who grew up wealthy and were “spoiled”, what was something you didn’t realize not everyone had/did?

If you go to Aruba every year you're not middle class

I think that's debatable.

We never went specifically to Aruba, but we alternated vacations every year. One year was 9 days at Disney World, next year was a 7 night Caribbean cruise.

It was my grandparents, my parents, my brother, my aunt and uncle, three cousins, and myself.

My entire family was middle class. Not even upper middle class.

Of course, middle class today vs middle class in the late 80's and 90's is a lot different.

I guess I would consider myself middle class at the moment since I make enough to afford a decent house...but I can't afford a vacation and haven't been able to for years outside of a weekend camping trip.
