People who lived in Norway but moved to another country, do you regret it?

This is probably gonna sound pretty bad, but the truth is we don't really want foreigners in Norway. I am half Norwegian and was born and raised here, and even I sometimes get hit with casual racism. It's a very small nation of very private people, and considering how difficult it is for even the natives to make friendships in adulthood, my only real advice to people who want to come to Norway to live, work, etc, is don't. You are not wanted here, and whatever fairy tale life you've been hoodwinked into believing exists here doesn't. There might be money to be made, but it's no place to live unless you were born here with all the connections and local heritage that comes with it.
