I moved from India. I would recommend Indian women to move for their physical safety. Indian men not so much. It’s incredibly hard, I think it can be a bit different for brown immigrants. I’ve heard employers openly say “no indians” when it comes to hiring. As an Indian female I think I’m treated better than my male counterparts when it comes to jobs, housing, relationships, friendships whereas Indian males are treated with distrust. I have people comfortably say to my face how they find Indian mean creepy, would never date an Indian etc. I get where the reputation comes from, and a lot of the men don’t always culturally integrate and we have crimes against women from the diaspora. But I wouldn’t blanket recommend Australia.
