I have a really similar story. One of my bosses is in the leather scene where I live and we see each other around here and there, and whenever we are doing something together we chat about what parties we've been to and other kinky stuff. He's seen me at my sluttiest and vice versa.

I have a Sir and when I first met him he mentioned a friend who had the same first name as my boss. It turns out that my Sir and my boss have been together a long time and are great friends. I talked to my boss about it because my professional relationship with him is more important than scritches and being tied up, but he was completely cool with it! Nobody else in the office knows about it and we intend to keep it that way. I really try to keep my personal life and professional life separate, but sometimes things happen. I'm thankful we are both mature enough to talk to each other about boundaries, because otherwise this could've gone south quickly
