People who push yourself to exercise every morning, how?

I don't exercise in the morning because I don't hate myself but sometimes I wake up super early to work on assignments before class because it frees up my evenings. I feel guilty every day I don't do homework even when I'm not behind so this helps relieve the guilt a bit when I go out.

The hardest part is forcing yourself out of bed. Once you've done that it's easy to stay out of bed. I just remind myself of that and do things that make it hard to stay in bed like putting my phone on the other side of the room. If I plan on doing this I also sometimes put some ice by my bed (so that it's cold water in the morning). Drinking that or putting it on my face helps wake me up.
