People who raid; what’s something you absolutely cannot stand when raiding?

Oh all sorts of shit.

People who don't care and make no effort, the kinds who always need help killing a single normal mode Champion or their Light-Eaters despite having good gear and a levelled/built character. Even more frustrating when they're a friend of a friend and you can't just boot them.

People who go AFK for a minute or so after each wipe and are never rallied.

People who join from LFGs or friends of friends who immediately begin back-seat raiding, acting as though they're the 'leader' of the team, constantly explaining mechanics in a condescending way even though the death or failure was just bad luck, whining about 'no Div, no Tether, no Tcrash' and overall trying to manage people on a fucking video game.

People who refuse to use optimal weapons because 'I don't like using XYZ.' Use the fucking gun, get the encounter over with.

People who join LFG listings and ignore the instructions. Yes, 'KNTD 40 clears minimum must have Gally/Ice Breaker' is a meme, but a lot of posts angry about exclusion tend to be dishonest. You weren't kicked for being a hunter, or for 'toxicity', you were booted because you weren't asked to join in the first place. Not to mention, who doesn't know what they're in for with these lobbies after 8-9 years of this franchise? Most of the people who complain about listings like this join them in the hopes of an easy run, often a carry. 'I got kicked from a sweaty LFG' people aren't angry at the supposed toxicity of the community, they're angry they didn't get their own way.

People who talk over crucial comms, confuse people and then get angry when said team members fuck up via not being able to hear what's going on.

People who insist on using their call-outs when the rest of the team uses different ones and instead of taking 5 minutes to clear up terminology, they passive aggressively snipe and then turn it into a dick measuring contest, still insisting on using their own call-outs.

People who don't have the decency to leave if they're unable to contribute. Does it suck not having the weapons or abilities to be viable in an encounter? Of course, always. But if everyone else is doing 2-3million damage and you're not even cracking a million after a dozen attempts, it's time to face facts and bow out. At a certain point it just becomes disrespectful of everyone's time and expecting a carry.

People who AFK for an hour and get angry or upset when called out for this.
