The people who redid my roof dropped a nail and it got stuck in this leaf.

I work for a roofing company.
The place I work for has a couple of magent rollers (Or magnet sweepers) Specifically for this.
They would have one or two guys do a couple of runs on the ground with a magnet roller each. We've never had someone get a flat tire while I've worked there. Here's a video of it in action: Link.
This guy in the video is picking up metal shavings, not nails, but it's the same principle.
OP posted a pic with a nail in a bush. To address that: we always make sure to clean up around the bushes, as well. We would pick up any debris from the tear-off (nails or old roofing material). We would blow off the bushes with a blower then sweep it up. My boss would always say "it needs to look like we were never there in the first place."
