People who voted for Clinton in 2016 but are intending to vote for Trump in 2020 what made you change your mind?

(Just a heads up that I refuse to touch that whole “getting rich at any expense” because hearing that hurts just hurts my soul in such a way and I don’t want to get in an argument, I’m genuinely here for a conversation.)

Having had your life so affected by chronic disease (most on my dad’s side have diabetes and I recently lost an uncle to it so I sympathize) and acknowledging that universal healthcare would be a positive thing why support the people who would do anything to make sure it never happened in this country? Setting aside your sentiments on how/why you want to get rich what makes you think you would be at a disadvantage if a democrat were elected? Warren and Bernie are famous for going off about “the 1%”. Not to be rude or presume anything but if you’re not already quite rich the chances of you getting there are quite low. Not saying you can’t be rich! Just that reaching that exact level is out of most people’s league (or possibly I’m just small minded. I don’t know what you have planned.) So unless you get to that 1% you probably won’t see any crazy disadvantage, right? And even if you do get there the whole point is that the 1% is so rich it wouldn’t unduly hurt them to pay some taxes.

Excuse me if I’m completely wrong on anything. I don’t focus too much on economic stuff (I place more value in social issues) and I find that many republicans are swayed that way due to economic things and I’m always so unprepared to discuss.
