People who work at a gasstation, what's your craziest story? [Serious]

Is it alright to share a story as a former employee of one? Trick question, because I'm sharing anyway. It was about this time of year... it's been a few years since. But some vendor came in with a rack of gloves and hats. Some dude came in, completely wasted. First tried to by a 30-pk case of beer, and I refused him. Told him he should go. Instead he grabs pretty much every glove and hat off the rack and tells me these will be Christmas presents. So I, probably against sound judgment, let him buy like 12 people's worth of the stuff.

When he went to leave I did follow him out with my phone prepped to call 9-11, but he didn't get into a vehicle. Just took off down the road with a trash bag full of winter wear he probably wouldn't remember buying. I admit though I fucked up and should've just thrown him out straightaway. Still. I hope he enjoys the regret, and by that I mean evaluate his situation.
