People with no friends, What do you do to remain sane?

well... from experience, guess where your headaches are coming from?

As for anger, I wouldn't suggest anything those quacks give you (or for anything else either). All that shit is, is a sedative, and they tend to have pretty bad side effects.

If you want to control your anger issues, you need to learn to change your automatic behavioral patterns. This means observing yourself, and taking note when you're reacting to anything habitually. Anger can easily become a habitual response since the adrenaline is addictive.

The method that I used, was to observe myself when and after getting angry. The first step here, is to let everything go. Whatever damage is done, is already done. Focusing on that is only going to make you angrier. like a negative feedback loop. The second step, is to take note of your reaction, and to try and consider what a better reaction would've been. This might sound silly, but it's important. If you don't have an ideal replacement behavior in mind, you'll keep reacting the same way. The third step, is to realize when you're getting frustrated. Take note of what specifically is causing you to be upset. And react with intention before you get angry and react out of habit. When you react intentionally, you have the opportunity to replace your habitual response with your ideal response. With repetition and diligence, you can dismantle and replace negative behavioral response mechanisms entirely. No meds are necessary for this, though it's not a bad idea to occasionally reward yourself after good behavior. something as simple as a favorite snack can suffice.

I don't know if you've ever trained a dog, but it's a good analogy. Our brains work exactly the same way. Behaviors develop when they are environmentally incentivized, and can often only be changed through direct effort. Self awareness is your most important tool in modifying your behaviors and emotional responses.
