People with OCD, what are your obsessions?

I don't know if I have OCD or not, as I have never been to a doctor or psychologist about it, but here are a few things that rule my world: I love symmetry, counting things, hate hard edges (I'm a welder/fabricator), even numbers (symmetry), everything being square, equidistant, and in alignment with everything else.

I have gotten better about not obsessing about every detail before hand to ensure the end result bears all of these qualities, mostly because I was starting to piss people off by taking too long to get started. On the other hand I have had people specifically request my work because of my desire to have everything add up.

As far as counting goes I can give an example. When I weld aluminum I tend to count the number of beads when I make the welds. When I use fill rod I count in 3/4 time (one, two, three [1], one, two, three [two]) and on fusion welds do a polka (one, two [1], one, two [2]). When I get to ten I start over and add by tens. If I end on an odd number I tend to dislike the weld more than when I end on an even number. If I end on an even number I tend to find the weld more appealing and of better quality. Again, because I am able to stop on an odd number even though I don't prefer to I don't know if all of this qualifies as OCD.

Here is an example of welds I made that have both fusion welds (2/4 time) manual pulse fill welds (3/4 time) and manual pulse fill welds where I reach to an edge (4/4 time):

Like I said, I don't know if I am actually OCD, but if I am I think that it has probably helped me more than it has hurt me, besides having people get annoyed with me for being too much of a perfectionist or over thinking my builds.
