Pershing Square Tontine Holdings Ltd. Files $3 Billion SPAC

its just competition or maybe its just what Bill thinks he can do, he had deep pockets, he chucked in a billion of his own cash to get it moving.

most people I know just run their own race, doing their own thing, sure they contextualise their existence against whats others are doing to see what works / what doesn't, its just more so, for people to operate at this level, you need to on one hand know your the best at what you do, otherwise the person would have a crippling anxiety where they couldn't get out of bed.

But even if it was motivated by competition or someone wanting to do better than someone else. If society didn't do this nothing would move forwards, everything would be more or less the same with everyone going along with what other people are doing

- I want to make a better bike than xxx, I want to make a better car than xxx (seen with Elon currently) I want to do xxx better than xxx or everyone else.

A dick measuring comp would be some bullshit pub/bar talk about who threw the biggest throw 20 years ago when no one was watching as they rattle on to other losers that didnt do anything in their life
