To second Ichiv2, be careful, I've personally witnessed several crew members get fired for similar reactions. One didn't get a raise for two years simply because he had a 12-hour window of availability due to a disability, despite him being a good worker. He said the same thing- he got heated, called bullshit that he didn't get a raise for the fourth time in a row, and was fired the next day.

My store is also notorious in using shady tactics to force less favored crew members who have received injuries due to physical repetition to quit by reducing hours to one or two work days so they lose their medical benefits. But favored crew members (i.e., the rat squad) with even worse physical limitations get to at least keep the hours needed for medical. Some Mates will use hostile language to elicit a triggered response and get crew members fired.

Many crew in my store are getting bad reviews this time around, mostly for taking leaves of absence because of Covid-19 or if they simply spoke to crew on how to keep oneself safe in the early days of the pandemic when no one knew WTF was going on. Of course, these are relayed verbally and not written in the notes section of the review. And these are crew members with almost spotless records and previous praises of kaizen in their past reviews. No empathy in regards to personal health or family situations or realizing that sound advice is integrity.
