Perspective on Ed leaving

"Olshey did not really care that this will be upsetting to Dame because he's ultimately planning to blow it up."

Well if thats the case, thats not a good plan lol. I don't think Dame would've tweeted the heartbreak emoji. If he hasnt run any of this sort of plan (assuming thats what hes gonna do) by Dame, thats terrible GM move.

"it's better to work on paring things down to hopefully end up in a better financial situation down the road. " - Ed signed for 4.4 mil. His minimum was 2.4 mil. Hes said he loves PDX, Im sure he woulda signed here given an offer. plus, Zach could just take some more of his minutes and learn a lot from him.

Now I was not a fan of drafting Zach, but thats panned out and Olshey surprised me with that. I didnt want to blow it up when LA walked, but I was pleasantly surprised with the result.

Im am surprised with Ed leaving, cause that 4 mil I dont think was really that big of a deal, and Ed was a glue guy and the team and city and fans love him, but hey, maybe Olshey has one more trick up his sleeve. I do think the ET and Meyers contracts are starting to creep up bite us though and its showing
