I tried teaching it to a few in the past, but part of the process is closing reality around you, shutting yourself out away from the world, which is a big step many couldn't make it past.

I'm kidding of course. I had something totally different to reply with, but then I got one of those "shower thoughts" about mental health like how you have all these different types of doctors that help you become more normal but there is no service out there for the opposite. lol. Yeah dumb thought haha. Or is it a billion dollar idea? Start me a specialty medical school, that teaches them what meds to give and how to train their patients to become crazy.

Yeah no it's a bad idea. lol.. I'm just worn out from work... tired... bored... waiting on body to relax to I can finally sleep.. and when I'm this tired... extreme racing mind
